Progress Pals+ is for folks who don’t need deep dives or structured sessions—but do want someone checking in, cheering them on, and holding space for their goals. Think of it as a low-pressure, high-encouragement version of an accountability partner. Someone who shows up without judgment and helps you keep showing up too.

Q: Is this coaching?
Nope. Progress Pals Plus is not a coaching program. There are no plans, no deep dives, and no pressure. It’s a consistent, supportive check-in to help you stay focused and follow through on your own goals.
Q: What happens during our check-ins?
We’ll check in about the goals you’ve set, what’s been working (or not), and what you want to do next. Sessions are short, intentional, and completely centered on you. No worksheets. No fluff. Just real support.
Q: Can I switch how we meet (phone, text, video, etc.)?
Yes! You choose the format that works best for you each month—or even each session. Some folks prefer texting one week and a quick phone call the next. We’re flexible like that.
Q: What if I forget to book a session?
I’ll nudge you. Life happens—but part of this is building a rhythm. If I don’t hear from you after a reminder, that session won’t roll over, but I’ll still be cheering you on via your progress texts.
Q: Is this private?
Yes. What you share with me stays with me. If you give permission to be featured in the Success Carousel, awesome—but if you’d rather keep your glow-up to yourself, that works too.
