Our 90 day program is divided into four modules and includes the following features:
Module 1: Own Your Life
- Onboarding: a 90-minute intensive where we’ll begin mapping out your 90 day Action plan. We'll focus on:
- What you want out of life
- What you think is holding you back
- Your personal values
- Write your obituary - looking back to move forward.
- Personal weekly reflections - see yourself, your life and the people in it more clearly. Improve your sense of personal accountability and identify which of your patterns, routines, and commitments are alignment and misaligned with your long term goals.
Module 2: Address Your Fears
- Complete a personal assessment to identify your conflict management style.
- Create a personal creed that focuses on how you want to be perceived.
- Identify the roadblocks that you know are likely and anticipate new ones.
- Develop Strategies to establish help you establish and maintain boundaries.
- Personal weekly reflections - see yourself, your life and the people in it more clearly. Improve your sense of personal accountability and identify which of your patterns, routines, and commitments are alignment and misaligned with your long term goals.
Module 3: Plan Your Life
- Choose and commit to an anchor habit.
- Set your core 3Ps - personal, professional, and physical goals (one per category).
- Re-evaluate the goals we set during your 90-minute intensive.
- Off-boarding: a 90-minute intensive where we’ll map out your exit strategy and maintenance plan.

Module 4: Commitment Coaching
- An accountability coaching call two months from the end of your 90 day program.
