Refund & Returns Policy

At Pink Boxes Club, we stand behind the value of everything we offer—whether it’s physical, digital, or somewhere in between. Here’s what you need to know before you purchase:

💡 General Policy

We do not offer refunds on any purchases—physical or digital—for any reason. Please read descriptions carefully before purchasing, and reach out if you have questions. We’re happy to help you decide what’s right for you before you hit “buy.”

📥 Digital Downloads

Once your download link has been accessed, it’s considered delivered. Our delivery system tracks and confirms access—so if the system shows the item has been downloaded, we will not resend it. If you have trouble accessing your file, reach out to us within 14 days of purchase. We’ll help troubleshoot or make alternate arrangements to ensure you get what you paid for.

 

📦 Physical Products

All physical items are final sale. If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery at er**@***********ub.com with your order number and a description (photos help!). We’ll make it right with a replacement if appropriate.

 

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or worn products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Health, personal care, or perishable items

 

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility if a return is accepted by exception.
