Below you’ll find the investment options for life coaching, including reduced‑rate spots for clients experiencing financial hardship. All sessions are one hour and conducted virtually.

Standard Life Coaching Packages:

Life coaching is offered in three flexible packages depending on the depth and duration of support you want. All packages include:

One‑hour coaching sessions
Email access between sessions
Session recordings upon request
10% savings for full payment upfront
20% premium for installment plans

Reduced‑Rate Coaching

I reserve a limited number of reduced‑rate spots each year for clients experiencing genuine financial hardship. These spots are offered on an honor‑system basis and are available until filled. Reduced‑rate clients receive the same level of care, support, and accountability as full‑rate clients.
