Progress Pals Priority
Progress Pal Priority
Progress Pals Priority isn’t about more work or longer sessions. It’s about higher‑touch support, faster access, and a level of presence that helps you stay grounded in what you said you wanted. This tier is for folks who move fast, juggle a lot, or simply feel more supported when they know someone will show up—consistently, personally, and even on video when it matters. Priority gives you an extra layer of responsiveness and connection that keeps your goals from slipping to the bottom of the list. It’s structured support without the heaviness of a coaching program, designed for people who want accountability that adapts to their life, not the other way around.
You get:
✔️ Everything in Progress Pals
✔️ One hour per quarter of done-for-you support — research, task completion, or problem-solving on whatever is blocking your goal (think: "can you research the difference between an S-corp and an LLC for my situation?" or "can you find a sitter in my area with experience caring for autistic children so I can actually have some time for myself?")
✔️ Additional support available for purchase when one hour isn't enough
✔️ Communicate your way — phone, text, voice notes, or email
$110/month 3-month minimum commitment
Accountability & connection when you need it most.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What makes Progress Pals Priority different from the regular Progress Pals?
A: Priority includes everything in the standard Progress Pals tier—twice-monthly check-ins, gentle nudges, and personalized support - and a mechanism to give you your time back.
Q: What if I already have a virtual assistant? How is this different?
A: A VA can execute tasks, but they don't know your goals the way your Progress Pals Priority coach does. To get the most out of a VA, you'd still need to provide context — which takes time and energy you may not have. With Priority, your coach already knows what you're working toward, which means support can happen in the moment. Sometimes a need surfaces mid-check-in, and instead of adding it to a to-do list that may never get done, you can act on it immediately — no explanation required, no duplication of effort. That's momentum you can't manufacture.
Q: What counts as "done-for-you" support?
A: Think research, problem-solving, or task completion on whatever is blocking your goal. Past examples include researching business structures, finding specialized childcare, or identifying local resources. If you're not sure whether your task qualifies, just ask.
Q: What happens if I don't use my hour of support in a quarter?
A: It doesn't roll over — so use it! Part of keeping your word to yourself is actually pulling the resources available to you.
Q: What if I need more than one hour of support?
A: Additional support is available for purchase. We'll discuss scope and cost based on what you need.
Q: Can I choose how we communicate?
A: Absolutely. Priority clients can opt for phone, text, email, or even voice notes. It’s all about what works best for your life and your goals.
Q: Is Progress Pals Priority worth it if I’m already motivated?
A: Yes—especially if you want to stay that way. Priority helps you maintain momentum by taking tasks off your plate so that you can stay focused.
Q: Who is Progress Pals Priority best for?
A: It’s ideal for people juggling multiple goals, navigating transitions, or craving consistent, personalized accountability with a flexible format.
Q: Do I have to commit long-term?
A: Not at all. Progress Pals Priority is billed quarterly, so you can try it out and renew only if it’s helping you move forward. IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO TURN OFF AUTO-RENEW!
