This personal empowerment program is designed for women who are facing significant changes, transitions, and new beginnings in their lives. I AM READY clients know what they want, but they need support and a strategy that honors their values.  Each client customizes their I AM READY package by choosing the number, length, and focus of each of their coaching sessions. In turn, we work together as she gains the clarity and conviction she needs to insist upon getting her needs met.

I AM READY includes the following features:

• 6 – 12 virtual coaching calls (1 hour each) where we’ll develop strategies to overcome the obstacles that are most likely to get in your way;
• An optional pre-engagement values assessment designed to help you articulate and strengthen your personal values as you design your strategy;
• A complimentary 60-minute coaching session 45 – 90 days from the end of your program;
• Enrollment in Progress Pals;
• Email access to me between sessions; and
• Recordings of all coaching sessions for you to listen to and learn from later.
